Right from its founding, Phodé launched its first scientific research initiatives to investigate the link between olfaction and behaviour. As a pioneering company in this field, our scientific approach is also based on the unique concept of Better-Being: placing the animal at the centre of our approach to reconcile well-being and performance.
A veterinary surgeon specialising in hormonology, Daniel Eclache is the founder and current CEO of Phodé. His scientific career quickly led him to the study of the brain and olfaction, the sense of smell. The correlation between the effect of scents on our relationship with the outside world and our vital functions led him to understand the exceptional potential of well-controlled scents in our daily lives. This is how scientific research came to be applied in the creation of a company: Phodé.
